StarGate wins price at Spellemann 2011 (Norwegian "Grammy")

Norways foreign-minister Jonas Gahr Store has visited StarGates studio in New York, so it was kind of an old acquaintance who presented the award to Mikkel Eriksen and Tor Erik Hermansen.

Not long after their second Grammy Award, they got their second Spellemannpris.

Busy guys

They flew to London Saturday morning and go back to New York Sunday morning. But first, it was time to be with family, and a quick stop by the after-party.

They have busy days in the studio ahead of them, new songs with Rihanna, a collaboration with Mary J. Blige and a host of others. Stargate has never been so popular, and are in high demand.

- A-ha has meant a lot !

- It's really great that the producer price is established. Producer's role becomes increasingly important, and there are many other very talented producers in Norway, "says Eriksen.

He was a bit annoyed with himself that he did not remember to thank A-ha on stage in Oslo Spectrum.

- A-ha has meant a lot to us. Both the music and the fact that they got success in the U.S..
